At Dialogue, every product update is grounded in a simple goal: making it easier for members to get the care they need quickly, confidently, and without friction.

This month, we’re focused on improving the very first steps of the care journey and streamlining family access.

Let’s explore this month’s updates!

Easier and more intuitive symptom selection

When someone isn’t feeling well, finding the right words shouldn’t stop them from getting the right care.

That’s why we’ve reimagined how members start their care journey by making symptom selection faster, simpler, and more intuitive with the help of AI.

Members can now describe how they feel in their own words. Whether they type “head hurts” or “headache for three days,” our system intelligently maps their input to the right clinical terminology and care pathway. No more second-guessing. No more searching for the “right” term.

From there, all clinical assessment, judgement, and care are led by our practitioners, ensuring safe, high-quality care at every step. And if a symptom doesn’t have an exact match? We’ve built in smart suggestions to guide members to the closest option, ensuring no one hits a dead-end.

Making it easier to share Dialogue with family members

At Dialogue, we’re proud to support over 15% of the Canadian population, including employees and their families. Sometimes, dependents may have previously had access to Dialogue or have access through multiple benefits plans.

To make managing dependents seamless, members can now send an invitation email to a dependent even if that person already has a Dialogue account.

This small but impactful improvement removes friction, making it easier for families to connect to care without delays or administrative hurdles.
