This month, we’re introducing a new preventive health service that gives members a clearer picture of their health, alongside improvements that make identity verification simpler and the path to mental health support more welcoming.
Let’s check out what’s new.
Preventive health insights, built into the app members already use
*Available as a member add-on to our Primary Care program – Ontario and Quebec only.

Most health risks are manageable when caught early, but many go undetected until symptoms appear. Our new Health Panel service gives members a clearer picture of their health before they reach that point, at no additional cost to your organization.
Members complete an intake, receive a lab requisition from a Dialogue clinician within 48 hours, and visit any of the 200+ partner collection centres across Ontario and Quebec for their blood draw and urine sample. Tests cover six categories, including metabolic and blood sugar health, blood and nutrients, liver health, kidney health, cardiovascular health, and everyday habits. Every result is reviewed by a Dialogue clinician and followed by a 30-minute follow-up appointment to walk members through their results and a personalized action plan.
The Health Panel is an out-of-pocket service, with no additional cost or administrative burden to your organization. It extends the value of your existing Primary Care investment – no new vendor, no new contract, and no additional HR onboarding.
Confirm your identity with your phone number

A great member experience begins the moment someone opens the Dialogue app. Members can now confirm their identity using their phone number, verified by a quick SMS code. No additional credentials required, and one less barrier between your people and accessing care.
A more thoughtful mental health experience

Seeking mental health care takes courage, and sometimes members need a little more reassurance. Based on direct feedback, we’ve made several improvements to help members feel more confident and supported from the very first step.
-
Clarifying expectations: Members can now see a preview of what their mental health consult will look like before diving in, so they can approach care with clarity.
-
Answering common questions: A new section addresses the things members wonder about most, helping build trust before the first interaction.
Whether they’re taking a proactive step toward better health or finding the courage to ask for support, Dialogue is here to help your members on their health journey.
