The safety of our members has always been our top priority. We are proud to comply with the highest standards of our industry and with all regulatory bodies across Canada. We are also SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, which ensures the security of our data and privacy of our patients.

We have led the way in defining a safe scope of practice for virtual care. This has been integrated in a unique smart triaging system that enables us to focus on the members that we can treat safely in a virtual setting. Our clinical quality team performs over 1,000 audits per month, and our medical committee reports on quality improvement initiatives regularly.

We believe in working with the public healthcare system through a collaborative care approach, and providing true continuity of care for each episode. 03. Flexibility

Your schedule is based on your availability, with no mandatory overtime.

04. Paid time off

Full-time employees (over 32 hours per week) receive 8% of accrued vacation days, 9 wellness days, and 1 community service day from your first year of employment.

05. Remote work

Although you are always welcome to our office, you can work 100% remotely as long as you have a closed space to respect our members' privacy.

06. Enhanced parental leave
