We will be asking behavioural questions to better understand how you have tackled challenges associated with the role in the past. This could be preceded by a take-home work sample.
We will guide you to chronologically walk us through your professional experience with the intention of better understanding your past performance. We encourage you to prepare specific highs and lows from previous roles that shaped the professional you are today.
Assuming this is a mutual fit, we will conduct references as fast as possible, so we can get an offer in front of you. We will be happy to answer your questions and guide you to reach an agreement.
