Step 1 Ongoing, proactive prevention

The most important step in any stress and mental health program is ongoing prevention. Available to all our members, this step is critical to a healthy workplace.

  • Proactive member email campaigns to promote tools, tips, and resources to manage daily stress and build coping mechanisms
  • Free, on-demand member stress tests to identify early symptoms and provide support before risks escalate
  • Live counselling to manage low-risk symptoms (as needed)

Proactive prevention ensures most members remain at low-risk. Those that need a stronger intervention move to step 2 and 3.

Step 2 End-to-end treatment for mid/high risk cases

When necessary, in-depth treatment is available from licensed specialists to resolve difficult issues before they result in disability leave or negative life outcomes.

  • End-to-end case manager assigned, PHQ-9/GAD-7 tests administered
  • Member-specific treatment plan created, based on test results
  • Virtual consultations with mental health specialist (therapist/psychologist /psychotherapist) until remission
  • Prescriptions available through MD/NPs as medically required
Step 3 Treatment follow-up for mid-/high-risk cases

Serious stress and mental health issues rarely resolve themselves overnight. Our specialized treatment is accompanied by regular follow-ups to track progress.

  • Case manager tracks progress, follows-up with member, and ensures progress
  • Plan adapted accordingly until symptom remission reached, validated through re-administered PHQ-9/GAD-7 tests
