- Proactive member email campaigns to promote tools, tips, and resources to manage daily stress and build coping mechanisms
- Free, on-demand member stress tests to identify early symptoms and provide support before risks escalate
- Live counselling to manage low-risk symptoms (as needed)
Proactive prevention ensures most members remain at low-risk. Those that need a stronger intervention move to step 2 and 3.
