What is Dialogue's Health Panel?

The Health Panel is a comprehensive preventive assessment available to members with access to Dialogue's Primary Care program. For $499 and available for HSA reimbursement, members receive a detailed analysis across 6 health categories — metabolic and blood sugar health, blood and nutrients, liver health, kidney health, cardiovascular health, and everyday habits.

A Dialogue clinician interprets the member’s habits, risk factors, and lab results together through predictive calculators and proposes clear, actionable lifestyle changes to help improve their long-term health trajectory.

SLOW, COMPLICATED ACCESS

Traditional alternatives

  • Lab results may be sent directly to the individual with little or no clinical context.

  • Requires a GP referral to order preventive blood work. With roughly 1 in 2 Canadians lacking a family doctor, many cannot access preventive panels at all.

  • Results are delivered, and the episode ends. Individuals are left to navigate next steps independently, often facing a weeks-long wait for a GP appointment.

  • In workplaces, preventive panels are typically part of executive health programs costing $2,000 or more, accessible only to senior leadership.

Dialogue’s Health Panel

  • Every result is reviewed and approved by a Dialogue clinician before the member sees anything. Nothing is auto-published.

  • Members initiate the Health Panel themselves through the Dialogue app. No doctor visit or referral required.

  • Every assessment includes a 30-minute follow-up consultation with a Dialogue clinician, a personalized action plan, and a direct pathway into Primary Care or other available Dialogue programs if follow-up care is needed.

  • $499 per panel, with potential Health Spending Account (HSA) reimbursement. No additional employer cost. Available to every eligible employee, not just executives.

$499 per panel, paid by the member. Members may be able to submit for reimbursement through their Health Spending Account (HSA) or Health Care Spending Account (HCSA), depending on their plan.
