At Dialogue, we continue to evolve our care model to meet members where they are throughout every life stage, every schedule, and every health need.
This month’s updates reflect our commitment to delivering timely, inclusive, and high-quality care that supports both employee well-being and organizational performance.
Check out what’s new and what’s coming soon.
Menopause and perimenopause support is now available
*Available only in our Women’s and Family Health service.
Menopause is a major life transition, and for many, it’s also a workplace challenge. Symptoms such as sleep disruption, brain fog, hot flashes, and anxiety can affect focus, confidence, and performance, yet too often they go unaddressed.
We’re proud to announce that dedicated menopause and perimenopause care is now available through Dialogue’s Women’s and Family Health service, available as an add-on to our Primary Care program.
Members can connect with specially trained clinicians to:
-
Assess symptoms and learn more about menopause and perimenopause
-
Start, adjust, or renew hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options
-
Receive guidance that supports overall well-being, at work and beyond
We know that every health journey is unique. Dialogue’s approach means members get personalized support that fits their lifestyle and priorities, with the same speed and clinical excellence Dialogue is known for.
While we refer to women, we are inclusive of all gender identities that may be uniquely or disproportionately impacted by these health issues or topics.

Faster prescription renewals with direct-to-clinician booking
*Available only in our Primary Care program.
Members seeking certain prescription renewals may now book directly with a doctor or nurse practitioner, without extra steps or delays.
This streamlined access gets 23% more members to the right care, faster. Less time navigating care means less time away from work, and faster resolutions for everyday health needs.
AI-powered photo validation for prescriptions
*Available only in our Primary Care program.

To safely renew medications originally prescribed by a non-Dialogue practitioner, members are asked to upload photo proof of their prescription, such as a picture of a pill bottle, a pharmacy label, or a screenshot from a pharmacy app. This verification step ensures clinical accuracy, confirms the exact medication and dose, and supports safe, appropriate prescribing.
Today, up to 15% of submitted prescription proofs are missing information, which can lead to unnecessary appointment cancellations and added frustration for members.
With AI-powered photo validation, our app can now automatically identify incomplete or invalid prescription proofs earlier in the process. This helps ensure members are guided to the right next step before booking an appointment, saving time for both members and clinicians.

Coming soon: Mental health questionnaire results, visible in the app
*Available only in our Employee Assistance and Mental Health+ programs.
Soon, Dialogue members will be able to view their mental health questionnaire results directly in the app, in real time. They’ll get the same insights clinicians use to guide care, giving a clear view of their current mental well-being and progress over time.
With this update, members will be able to:
-
See what each assessment measures and what their scores mean
-
Track changes in mood or anxiety
-
Celebrate improvements and recognize areas for continued growth
Viewing results helps members understand their mental health journey. It highlights improvements, shows the impact of daily habits and experiences, and empowers them to stay informed and engaged in their care.
Turn better access to care into better workforce outcomes
A smoother member journey means employees get help sooner, stay healthier, and spend less time navigating barriers to care.
Schedule a call to learn how these updates can support your organization’s health and well-being goals.
