Consult Club recognizes client organizations that reach significant consultation milestones with Dialogue services. Each consultation is a moment of care: a real person, a real health need, met with the right support at the right time.

These milestones measure how many times your organization showed up for its people and celebrate cultures where employees use and value their benefits

As organizations grow, new tiers may be introduced to celebrate even greater impact.

Who is eligible, and how is achievement recognized?

Consult Club members are awarded at Dialogue’s discretion, recognizing organizations that reach milestones with a specific number of care moments. All Dialogue direct clients are automatically eligible for this recognition and do not need to apply to receive it.

Consultations, or care moments, are tracked and calculated cumulatively from the beginning of the organization’s partnership with Dialogue. A consultation is counted each time a member or employee meets with a care professional through Dialogue.

When a milestone is reached:

  • The organization is notified by email.

  • The organization must confirm its address and other relevant information.

  • The organization is officially welcomed into the corresponding tier.

  • The organization is awarded a plaque to celebrate its achievement, along with a badge for its website.

  • Dialogue will handcraft the award and deliver it within a few weeks.

* Organizations need to be a Dialogue direct client for a minimum of 6 months to qualify.
