A smoother prescription renewal experience

Even small delays in prescription renewals can disrupt members’ daily lives. At Dialogue, we’re always looking for ways to make our members’ journey smoother, and our prescription process is the latest example.

1 in 12 members use Dialogue to renew their prescription. Previously, members answered a series of questions through the chat, and if a question was missed, a nurse had to follow up before routing the member to a nurse practitioner or doctor. Each renewal could take up to 30 minutes of manual review, tying up time that could be spent on more complex care.

With our new renewal process, inspired by our intake questionnaire, answering questions is more intuitive. Members now provide all the necessary information upfront, removing the extra back-and-forth with nurses and simplifying their experience. The result? Shorter handling times, faster renewals, and a smoother experience for members.

 

Native call integration is now available on Android

*Available only in our Employee Assistance, Mental Health+, and Primary Care programs.

Android users, your time is now! Earlier this year, we introduced native call integration for iOS users so that calls from Dialogue ring like any regular call, ensuring members never miss a conversation with their care provider.

Now, Android users can enjoy the same seamless experience, cutting through notification clutter and making it easier than ever to stay connected to care.

Members told us they sometimes struggle to find their preferred pharmacy. Soon, our improved pharmacy database will make it easier than ever to choose where prescriptions are sent and select convenient pickup locations.

This update will help members feel confident that their prescriptions go exactly where they need, making the process smoother from start to finish.
