Pick up where you left off with your care journey
*Available only in our Primary Care program.

We know life gets busy. Members often step away from their care journey and may not remember where they left off. Now, when they return within an hour and select the same symptom, the app will guide them to where they can easily continue where they left off instead of starting over.
Since rolling out this new feature, 67% of members have continued their previous session. No more lost progress or starting over, just a seamless path forward.
Smarter photo uploads for faster care
*Available only in our Primary Care program.

Care providers often rely on clear images for accurate clinical assessments. In fact, over 19% of our Primary Care intake journeys require members to upload a photo to inform a diagnosis.
To make this step as seamless as possible, we’ve introduced three key enhancements to the photo upload process:

Automatic image resizing: Say goodbye to worrying about file sizes and formats! Photos now automatically adjust to meet all technical requirements.

Photo preview: Before submitting, members can now preview their image to ensure they're sending the correct picture.

Coming soon - Multi-file upload: Members will soon be able to upload multiple photos at once, review them in a gallery view, and easily delete or re-upload as needed, all from one place.
These updates create a more reliable and streamlined intake process. Providers get the information they need faster, leading to timelier care for members.

Extended booking windows for more flexible care

At Dialogue, we’re committed to helping our members access care as quickly as possible by offering Primary Care members appointments within 24 hours. However, not all health concerns require immediate attention, and we’ve heard from members that they would like more flexibility to choose their appointment time when they are not in urgent need.
To address this feedback, we are extending booking timeframes to allow members to choose the time that is most convenient for them. Soon, members will be able to book urgent appointments for the next day, and non-urgent appointments up to three days in advance. This change helps maintain our focus on quick access while giving members the flexibility to plan around their schedules.
