Welcome back to our monthly series on Dialogue’s latest updates. This month, we’re spotlighting our new intake reminders and appointment booking process, making it easier for our members to access and manage their care. As a bonus, we’re proud to share that we’ve achieved a new standing with Accreditation Canada for our commitment to high-quality care and continuous improvement.
Let’s jump in and explore what’s new!
Increased intake completion with timely reminders
We know our members are juggling competing work and life priorities, on top of their health. Many members start an intake process, but get interrupted before they can finish it, leading to delays in getting the support they need. To tackle this issue and ensure members get access to care, we’ve introduced new intake reminders. Now, members receive a push notification prompting them to resume their intake to help them stay on track with their care journey.
We’re already starting to see results with 10% of members who receive a reminder re-engaging with the app to complete their intake!
Easier appointment booking with expanded calendar views
We know our members are busy, and finding the time to schedule a consultation can be challenging. To make it less so, we’ve expanded our calendar view to allow members to see a broader range of available appointments at a glance. Members can still book the soonest available appointment or view all available future appointments, and find and book a time that works best for their schedules.
New reminder banners for seamless appointment management
Once an appointment is booked, staying on top of it should be effortless. Members will now see an appointment reminder banner while navigating the app or chatting with our care team. Members can simply click the ‘Manage’ button on the right side of the banner for quick access to appointment details and rescheduling options.
In case you missed it!
Redefining great care: Dialogue achieves Exemplary Standing
We’re proud to share that Dialogue is the first and only virtual care provider to be awarded Exemplary Standing from Accreditation Canada, a globally recognized not-for-profit organization that accredits healthcare and social service organizations in Canada and around the world. This designation confirms we met 100% of the rigorous healthcare quality and safety criteria, matching the standards of Canada’s top hospitals.
For employers, this means you’re offering a care experience that goes far beyond convenience –it’s clinically robust, secure, and committed to continuous improvement.
