Welcome back to our monthly series on Dialogue’s latest updates. This month, we’ve rolled out several powerful updates designed to make our members’ experience smoother, safer, and more responsive.

From upgraded security to new call integrations, let’s explore what’s new!

Smarter security with adaptive Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

We’ve upgraded our MFA to work smarter, not harder. Members can still verify their identity using biometrics, such as facial recognition and fingerprint scans, or a secure text code, but now with our adaptive model, MFA only kicks in when it’s needed, like when a login looks suspicious due to unusual activity.

This means fewer interruptions, faster logins, and the same strong protection for your personal information.

Many members already use MFA for the Dialogue app and other platforms that store sensitive personal or health information. To turn it on in the Dialogue app, go to the Security page and toggle on Multi-factor authentication – we highly recommend it!

Never miss a call from Dialogue with smartphone call integration

*Available only in our Employee Assistance, Mental Health+, and Primary Care programs.

With the constant buzz of work and social notifications, it can be easy to miss important alerts like a call from your care provider. That’s why Dialogue will now use the built-in video and audio call interface on members’ phones to get their attention.

Calls through the Dialogue app will now ring like any regular call; giving members a smoother, more familiar experience and ensuring they never miss an important conversation about their health.

This experience is now available on iOS operating systems and is coming to Android users soon!

Stay ahead of the curve with Google Health Connect

*Available only in our Wellness and Wellness Essentials programs.

Google is transitioning Android users from Google Fit to Health Connect. Android users have until 2026 to officially make the change, but we’re ahead of the game. As of now, Members can connect their Health Connect account to the Dialogue app to use features like the weekly active minutes tracker and wellness challenges with no interruptions.
