Over the past month, we introduced several new options to personalize our service to serve your individual needs. No matter what platform you're using, we’ve made optimizations across the board so that every one of our members enjoys a personalized experience.

Feature Options to Serve Our Members Better

Any doctor visit, virtual or in-person, begins by sharing a few details about your health concern so you can be directed to the right medical resource. Our goal is to make the administrative part of your consultation as quick as possible, so you have more quality time with our medical team. For this part of the process, you can choose to answer a set of questions with our intelligent assistant or chat immediately with a clinician..

Regardless of which you choose, you can quickly and easily book an appointment with our team at the time that best suits your schedule with our self-booking tool.

In cases where a test or physical examination is recommended, you can use our “Find Health Resources” tool that’s available at any time from the home screen, or simply ask the clinician for help with a list of resources conveniently located to you.

Uncertain times, increased responsibilities or deadlines at work or pressures at home all can significantly influence our stress levels—in fact, for most people stress fluctuates up and down widely over time.

Since it’s not always easy to recognize signs of being overstressed, it's important to regularly check your stress level. In the Dialogue app, you’ll find the tools you need to actively monitor this.

At any time, simply tap the Stress & Wellness tile from the home screen to access a quick questionnaire. And to make it easy to remember to do this regularly, you can set up a reminder to alert you when it’s time to open the app and check in on how you’re doing. If you’re feeling signs of moderate or high stress, you can always also choose to speak directly to a mental health specialist.

We've streamlined the home page with tiles and a short description on each, so you can quickly access the resources you need.

Android users will be happy to know that we took care of a few wrinkles so the app is now functioning smoothly on the latest Android OS 11 update!

We also integrated the native picture-in-picture (PiP) feature, so you can now reference your chat messages, care plan or other resources while on a live video call with our medical team.

Keep your app up-to-date

We aim to provide you with the best virtual healthcare experience. Don’t forget to keep your Dialogue app up-to-date to take advantage of new features and improvements. If you’re an iOS or Android user, turn on automatic updates to never miss one!
