If you’ve received an email invitation from Dialogue, it means your employer or organization has given you access to Dialogue as part of your benefits! Simply click the button in the email to start creating your account. If you can’t find the invitation email or didn’t receive one, that’s okay. You can still get started by following these steps:

  1. Download the Dialogue app by scanning the QR code on your smartphone or visit app.dialogue.co on your web browser.
  2. Select Create your account and follow the prompts. When asked for an email, enter a personal email.
  3. Complete your profile using your full name and date of birth exactly as they appear on a government-issued ID. We use this information to confirm your eligibility for the services.
  4. If the information you enter matches the information provided by your organization, you’ll see a confirmation screen letting you know your services have been unlocked.
You may be asked to enter more information to finish setting up your account. This could be:
  • An access code found in your invitation email
  • Your unique ID, such as your employee number
  • The email address you were invited with, which may be your personal or work email.
After that, you’re all set to enjoy your Dialogue benefits!

I want to extend coverage to my family

You can share your Dialogue coverage with your spouse/partner, dependents, and children, so they can enjoy the same high-quality care as you. Just make sure to create your account first and add your family members to your profile before they sign up.

Add family members to your account
  1. Select the profile icon on the top right of your home screen after logging in.
  2. Select Family and add your loved one. If they’re over the age of 14, they’ll receive an email invite to create their own account.

If someone in your family is giving you access to Dialogue, you’ll receive an email invitation from us on their behalf. Simply click the button in the email to create your account. If you can’t find the invitation email or didn’t receive one, that’s okay. You can still get started by following these steps:

  1. Download the Dialogue app on your smartphone or visit app.dialogue.co on your web browser.
  2. Select Create your account and follow the prompts.
  3. Enter the email address your family member used to invite you to Dialogue. If you previously created a Dialogue account using that same email, please contact our support team, and we’ll ensure your account is transferred to your family member’s coverage.
  4. Create a strong password.

To speak with a care provider:

  1. Log in to your Dialogue account using the app or by visiting app.dialogue.co in your web browser.
  2. Select Get care now on your homepage, or the Services tab in the lower menu to see all the services available to you.
  3. Choose the type of care you need and complete a brief questionnaire to help us understand your concern. In all cases, we’ll evaluate your situation and direct you to the best resource for your specific needs.
  4. You’ll then be guided to schedule an appointment with a care provider at a time that works best for you, or directed to external resources better suited to your concern.

Choose the type of care you need and answer a questionnaire through our secure platform. This helps us understand your situation and match you with the right care provider. In all cases, we’ll evaluate your situation and direct you to the best resource for your specific needs.

Book an appointment

Pick a time that works best for you from the available options.

Connect with a care provider

Speak with licensed professionals by video, phone, or even in-person, depending on the services made available to you by your employer or organization. Not sure which services you have access to? Reach out to your manager or HR team.

4.

Get your personalized care plan

After your appointment, your provider will share a care plan tailored to your needs. They may also schedule a subsequent session and will send in-app follow-ups to support you throughout your care journey.
