James is driven by his dream to make it easier for people to reconnect with themselves and discover healthier living. He is passionate about food and the science behind health. James has accumulated four post-secondary diplomas (B.Sc. Nutrition & Food, B.Sc. Biochemistry, D.E.C. Natural Sciences , P.Dip. Italian Cuisine), and more than 15,000 hours of guided professional culinary practice. A big highlight of his culinary career was working two events hosted by one of the World’s Best Chefs, Massimo Bottura. With his education and culinary professional practice behind him, James wants to help people achieve better health by connecting them to the right professionals and evidence-based guidelines.
