At Dialogue, we’re building a new way for Canadians to access great healthcare. We do it by offering a full range of health and wellness services, delivered by the best medical professionals.  All of these services are available via beautifully designed mobile and desktop experiences, complete with secure messaging and live video. Our customers can communicate with nurses and doctors wherever they are, whenever they need to, directly from their mobile device. Think of Dialogue as a clinic in your pocket.

Launched in Québec last year, Dialogue is now also live in Ontario, Nova Scotia and BC, with plans to launch in the rest of Canada in the next several months. At the moment, Dialogue is distributed B2B as a corporate benefit, but we are already making waves in the media. And we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives who share our passion for building better care and who are able to drive Dialogue’s business forward.

What you’ll be doing:

Behind this early success is a growing team of technologists, healthcare professionals, and sales/marketing specialists. If you’re a doer, you’ll fit right in.

Dialogue is a new kind of corporate benefit, so getting new customers is key to success. You’ll identify, target and reach out to businesses to introduce and/or sell our platform. Since Dialogue is a service that is provided as a corporate benefit, we are typically selling to the head of HR within an organization. We work with a wide range of companies, from law firms, to consulting companies, to tech companies.

If you are motivated by helping people getting better healthcare technology and access, you’ll love this job.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You like the idea of joining a startup with a small, but growing team;
  • You have a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales objectives;
  • You’re a great communicator who is self-motivated and  passionate;
  • You routinely contribute in multiple areas and have a do-what-it-takes mentality;
  • You’re deeply analytical and data-driven in your approach;
  • You’re bilingual (written and spoken English & French).

We are open to candidates from non-traditional backgrounds, so if you don’t have a direct experience in sales, you may still be a great fit. But ideally you’ve had tangible experience in a similar role at a tech company or a progressive healthcare company.

Zack Brown

Zack is Dialogue’s VP Sales & Marketing and is responsible for our company’s go-to-market efforts. Prior to that, the majority of Zack’s career was spent with Lightspeed, where he began as a Junior Sales Rep and rose to become VP Sales. During that time, the company raised more than $125M in venture capital and grew from less than 10 employees to about 500 at the time of Zack’s departure.
